Maintenance full-time for our Southfield apartment community.
Must have own tools, and reliable transportation. Maintenance experience required with Type II or Universal Certificate.
This person will be responsible to perform a variety of service requests, all plumbing, drywall repair or replacement, lock replacement, replace exterior and interior doors, light carpentry, touch up painting, install countertops, install sinks, install dishwashers, repair appliances, repair leaks, maintain and repair furnaces and air conditioners, etc. Oversee other on site maintenance personnel, and perform all duties required of a Maintenance I and General Helper position. May also be responsible for on call for one or more properties as assigned, and assist with snow removal as needed.

Maintenance full-time for our Waterford apartment community.
Must have own tools, and reliable transportation. Maintenance background required with boiler experience.
Will be responsible for upkeep of the grounds, clean and refurbish apartments, and complete maintenance service requests as needed. May also be responsible for on call for one or more properties as assigned, and assist with snow removal as needed.

Leasing Agent full-time for our apartment community. Must have reliable transportation. Leasing or Customer Service experience preferred. This person is responsible for leasing apartments, preparing move-in packages, lease renewals, and service requests. Benefits available after 90 days. May be required to work Saturdays.
Drywall Person full-time for our Southfield apartment community. Must have reliable transportation, and prior experience. This person will be responsible for inspecting and the repair/replacement of drywall. Will also be responsible for the finishing and cleaning of any new drywall installation, and assist with snow removal as needed. Benefits available after 90 days.
We're seeking seasonal snow removal professionals. This position pays $12.00 an hour. The schedule is based on mother nature, candidates should have reliable transportation and be able to work nights and weekends.
